Privacy Policy of Millbara

Millbara has detailed this privacy statement to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy in our organization and our services is important to us. As we are a repository for important information for our customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.

Millbara is a provider of digital services on an applications and Cloud basis. Customers of the Service will be using our Services to host and manage data, general information and distribute emails. Millbara will not share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of a contract or our User Agreement, or as may be required by law. Customers retain responsibility for ensuring the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

We require all our users to agree to the terms and conditions each time they use our services. Our clients have email administration, client profiling, segmentation, filtering and targeted opt-in list needs and we do not support spamming from our system and Millbara’s conditions of use policy specifically prohibit the sending and transmission of unlawful content. If we detect or are informed of such usage, we will, at our own discretion, stop such usage of our services or take appropriate action against customers who breech our policies and procedures. When our customers collect personal information using our services that can identify an individual person or a client, this collected information is the property of the individual client and is subject to their own policies on privacy.

Further, our services are marketed and sold to client to whom we believe subscribe to permission-focused communications via email. Emails sent from our systems have valid subject lines and are defined as coming from one of our domains. We have no policies designed to limit, restrict or change any header information to mask our identity.

We host our servers in a secure collocation facility with security 24/365 and UPS back-up facilities. However, as effective as these measures are, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that the information supplied will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet.

We strive to ensure our policies and guidelines are met. When a recipient receives an unwanted email from a Millbara client, the recipient needs to only reply to the unsubscribe email address listed. We will then stop the client from sending to such recipient email address again. For those recipients that believe they have received such unsolicited email from our service, we will promptly respond to such email brought to our notice at 

If at any time we change our policy on how we use collected information in a manner inconsistent with when it was collected we will notify affected parties. Although we make every effort to maintain privacy, we may be obligated by law or in good-faith to adhere to legal summons or government laws and regulations.

For data collected via our own website(s) from visitors, enquiries or subscribes via secure SSL, we are the sole owner of the information. Should we share the data with third parties, we will not use the information except in aggregate form and ensure the data is not associated with any personal data that identifies individuals or organizations.
